Tai Chi, Qi Gung and the Tree Of Life Ne Gung Energy Meditation

Come to the white side gate to the left of the front door and go down to the bottom of the steps - we'll be on the right and please DON'T ring the doorbell of the house as we are in a separate building. (Park further away where possible if coming by car as its very residential and the owners of the space don't want to overcrowd the street.) 

Class starts at 7.00pm prompt, doors will be open from around 6.45pm

I would recommend bringing:

Yoga mat for the warmup.

Meditation Cushion.

Blanket for relaxation

Don't worry if you don't have these as there are spares available.

Infinite Tai Chi & Qi Gung classes belong to the embodied enlightenment schools of Taoism, where as traditionally Tai Chi has more of a martial arts focus & application. Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung focuses more on healing and awakening the physical, emotional and mental bodies for a powerful and embodied experience of spirituality and personal healing. My new in person classes are for anyone, whether working on improving physical, emotional and mental health or working towards a greater experience of your own spiritual unfoldment.
