​I have created 3 bodies healing after witnessing in my clients that the biggest breakthrough came through when they learned to live in alignment with the soul’s frequency, allowing love to flow through the body, calm the emotions, and clear the mind.
I started to see that in my own life healing happens not by doing, but by allowing: surrendering into the deeper current of consciousness that restores balance from within.

Three Bodies Healing is a path of embodied awakening a way of coming home to the wholeness that already lives within you. It guides you to reconnect the physical, emotional, and psychological bodies through the presence of the soul, which is experienced as loving awareness the natural coherence of the heart.
Rather than trying to fix or transcend yourself, this work invites a soft, direct meeting with life as it is. In that meeting, healing begins to unfold naturally.

Physical Body – The vessel; where grounding, breath, and movement (Tai Chi, Qi Gung, somatic awareness) anchor the soul’s light.

Emotional Body – The bridge; where energy flow, feelings, and the nervous system are harmonized through compassion and presence.

Spiritual Body – The radiance; the luminous field of the higher self, accessed through meditation, prayer, and stillness.

Graeme Waterfield is a coach, energy healer, and spiritual guide with over 20 years’ experience in embodiment, meditation, and transformational practice. His work weaves together Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Taoist wisdom, and mystical spirituality, offering a grounded yet deeply soulful approach to self-discovery.
