On-line Tai Chi & Qi Gung class

If you cant attend the face to face class then this option is for you, open to just 10 people, join the class from the comfort of your own home.

Infinite Tai Chi & Qi Gung classes belong to the somatic enlightenment schools of Taoism, where as traditionally Tai Chi has more of a martial arts focus & application. Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung focuses more on healing and awakening the physical, emotional and mental bodies for a powerful and embodied experience of spirituality and personal healing. My new in person classes are for anyone, whether working on improving physical, emotional and mental health or working towards a greater experience of your own spiritual unfoldment.

Although these classes are both in person or you can attend them from the comfort of your own home through Zoom. So whether you are interested in simply having more happiness and inner peace or whether you're beginning or deepening your own spiritual practices these classes are for you.
