About the event

These 1 hour classes are completely unique and come from my nearly 30 years of experience of practising and teaching Qi Gung, Yoga, meditation and breathwork.

The Chi Yoga classes will help with the following:

  • Helps longevity
  • Improve muscle strength, balance and flexibility & reduces anxiety & depression.
  • Boost cognitive function.
  • Creates improvements in cardiovascular fitness.
  • Help people get a better night-time sleep quality.
  • Improves positive mental health & emotional wellbing

I advice wearing loose and comfortable clothing and making sure your environment is as warm and relaxing.

The classes are quite gentle but you will need to be able to lay down comfortably on a Yoga Mat, they are not suitable during pregnancy and please read the disclamer below before attending the class.


Yoga and Tai Chi are for everyone. However, when online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. Obviously, if you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first. Similarly if you are pregnant, these classes will not be suitable for you. The practice of yoga postures & Tai Chi movements  requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical experience. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. Whilst one may feel some exertion one should also feel relaxed.
