Sharpening the sword: 50 times each direction

Testicular breathing or tree of life breathing

Today’s exercise is broken down into 4 components.

1. Perineum crunches to increase energy of blood flow around the base.

2. Oil massage to increase levels of joy and arousal energy

3. Testicular breathing (transmute sexual energy)

4. Dantien breathing, the help centre you and store the energy.

Remember to keep this practice simple, that this is an oil massage for the Langham and testicles. As before just follow your pleasure. Which will Invite greater blood flow, and Chi into your organs.

 

I would advise doing this practice in a meditation posture, with the spine gently straight on a meditation cushion, or dining room chair. I like to use organic olive oil for this pleasure meditation.
