Welcome to the MRT Protocol 7 Day Challenge.

Why the pressure of the day affects you in bed

Day 1

Most of us hold it all together through the day.

We handle whatever life throws at us, but often, at night, and especially during intimacy, our bodies shut down.

We're told this could be a psychological flaw, or that you have "performance anxiety."You might even have tried some hacks: numbing sprays that kill the actual pleasure, or side-effect-heavy pills.None of those work, because they treat your body like it's broken.

Thankfully, what's actually happening is more simple than that: your nervous system has been running in overdrive for so long, it's lost the ability to come down on its own.The pressure you live under keeps your sympathetic nervous system, your fight-or-flight response, running hot long after the day is over.

When you approach intimacy, your body mistakes high sexual arousal for survival stress.

We're going to slow down, drop into the body, and learn how to turn up for yourself.

Why This Works:

  • Nervous System State: Sympathetic overdrive (fight-or-flight) vs. parasympathetic response (relaxation).

  • The Breath Shift: Moving from shallow chest breathing to full, deep abdominal belly breathing.

  • The Biological Core: High arousal triggers a survival-panic response before the body has learned to feel safe, causing a rapid climax.

Your Daily Practice: The Nose-to-Base Reset

Whenever you notice your mind racing or that low-grade anxiety rising today, run this simple 60-second recalibration:

  1. Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

  2. Intentionally drop your jaw and let your shoulders sag.

  3. Take 5 slow, deep nasal breaths straight down into your abdomen, letting your belly expand.

Checking In With Yourself

  • Where am I holding physical tightness or static right now? Am I stuck up in my head, or can I feel my feet on the floor?

  • How often do I find myself rushing through my day or my self-pleasure just to "get it out of the way so I can relax"?

Day 2 lands tomorrow

Keep practising the Nose-to-Base Reset throughout today and simply notice what you notice.

Day 2 will land in your inbox tomorrow, where we'll map your exact arousal threshold.
