In Level Two you will be guided to:

Overview
Weeks 1 – 2: Awakening Energy Awareness
• Learn to sense the subtle field of energy within your body
• Simple Qi Gong practices to awaken inner energy awareness
• Meditation and gentle movement to calm the nervous system
• Introduction to Higher Self or soul consciousness and its role in sexual energy
Weeks 3 – 4: Healing and Deepening Awareness
• Meditative self pleasure practiced with presence and awareness
• Develop a deeper relationship with your sexual energy
• Learn psychological, energetic, and physical principles that support a healthier relationship with arousal
• Allow sexual energy to settle and flow naturally through relaxation and awareness
Weeks 5 – 6: Stability and Embodied Practice
• Establish a simple daily practice routine
• Qi Gong for grounding and energy awareness
• Embodiment meditation for deep stillness and clarity
• Embodied self pleasure integrated with meditative awareness
By the end of the six weeks you will have a simple and practical routine that supports energy awareness, emotional stability, and a more natural relationship with your sexual energy.

Do I need to have done Level One?
Recommended, but not always required. Message me and we will check fit together.
Is there any explicit sharing in the group?
No. Sharing is always optional. There is no pressure to disclose anything personal.
Is this about becoming multi orgasmic?
No. This is about embodying orgasmic energy, regulating arousal, and building a grounded relationship with your sexual self.
Will this help with porn or compulsive habits
This is not the primary focus, but many men experience a natural reduction in reliance on external stimulation as their internal connection strengthens.
What if I feel nervous about joining
That is normal. This is a respectful, contained, and steady space. You can message me and we can talk it through.

A Safe, Respectful Group Space
This course is more about meditation and an inner journey.
There is no pressure or expectation to disclose intimate details about your sexual preferences, kink, fantasies, or anything you do not feel comfortable sharing.
The work is body based and experiential.
There is space for conversation and sharing, but it is always voluntary. Most sharing is focused on what you are noticing in the practices and the experiences arising through your own journey.
Many men say they gain as much from hearing other brothers navigating similar challenges as they do from the practices themselves.
You are never required to share anything you do not wish to share.
