I was out walking yesterday on a silent meditative walk and realised that one of the greatest forms of prayer for me is this.
To feel the sacredness of the earth beneath my feet as I silently took each step in mindful silence.
Lau Tzu helps us remember that “when we realise there is nothing missing the whole world surrenders to us.”
Or as Meister Eckhart told us “If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.”
Each moment can made divine through love, appreciation and surrender.
Have a blessed day
