What a blessing to be able practice this incredible spiritual art form each morning.
I’m looking forward to starting my live classes again in the next few weeks in Glastonbury, I saw a vision of them a few days ago in meditation, where to hold them and how to run them, so I guess it’s now time.
I’m quite excited as I’m also going to stream them on Zoom simultaneously so anyone can join.
Lau Tzu in the way of Tao asks us to become like the forces of nature, nature simply is he reminds us;
“Express yourself completely. Then keep quiet. Be like the forces of nature; When it blows, there is only wind; When it rains, there is only rain; When the clouds pass, the sun shines through.”
We have a naturalness to our being and I feel this most profoundly during my morning moving meditation of Infinite Tai Chi.
We are already one with life, one with God, one with the universe, but we keep stumbling and tripping up in each moment, because of our own thought and belief systems.
The problem is the mind presumes it already knows and when we fall under it’s spell we become blind to reality, blind to life and blind to our own nature.
Our ancient ancestors mediated on nature, until ideas of separateness disappeared and they found their true identity.
